TAMPA, Fla. – The USL Championship announced today the contest between Birmingham Legion FC and Austin Bold FC that was abandoned during the first half on Saturday, June 19 due to a waterlogged pitch has been rescheduled. The teams will meet on Wednesday, October 13 at 8 p.m. ET at BBVA Field.
Under the USL Championship’s rules, the game will be replayed in its entirety from the opening kickoff.
Birmingham Legion FC continues its season next Wednesday night as it hosts Atlanta United 2 at 8 p.m. ET. Austin Bold FC will next head west to face Oakland Roots SC on Saturday night at 10:30 p.m. ET.
